DMHC Registration app for iPhone and iPad

This app authorizes Doctors Making Housecalls (“DMHC”) to provide and coordinate medical services onsite in assisted living and private residences. Depending on location, additional services may be available, including mental health, podiatry, dentistry, audiology and optometry. We accept and file all government and private insurance. As NC’s premier primary care practice, DMHC’s mission is to optimize patient health and well-being, reduce caregiver burden, keep patients aging with dignity and independence at home, and eliminate unnecessary emergency room visits and hospitalizations!
